RETURN / REFUND POLICY
When you purchase a product from Birth Pools by Grace, we hope you love it. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to request a refund or return, you have 30 days from the date of shipping delivery confirmation to request a return, refund, or store credit.
The following eligibility requirements must be met to be considered for a return: items must be in the condition you received them (in original packaging, unopened, uninflated, for health and safety reasons) and proof of purchase and photo proof of the condition of the items must be provided. No exceptions.
We’re sorry, but no exceptions will be made if your birth experience did not allow for a water birth. If any items have been opened, it cannot be returned. We recommend storing the pool for your next birth, selling it, or recycling it at your local eco-station.
No returns or refunds on products such as courses, digital downloads, sale items, or gift cards.
If your return is approved by our team, you will be responsible for shipping the item and any shipping costs associated with that. From the time the approval is complete, you have 14 days to return the item. If an item is returned to us without prior return approval, no refund or store credit will be issued.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We take great care to ensure our products are delivered safely. However, upon receiving your order, please inspect your items to confirm they have arrived in good condition. If any of the items you received are defective or damaged, if your order is incomplete, or if you receive an item in error, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to correct the issue in the most timely manner.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for something else, please contact us at birthpoolsbygrace@gmail.com.
REFUNDS
If a return is approved by our team, we will notify you once we have received your item, inspected your return, and if it meets return eligibility as noted above. If authorized, the funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. It can take some banks or credit card companies several weeks to process and post the refund. However, if it has been more than 14 business days since we initiated your refund and you still have not received it, please contact us at birthpoolsbygrace@gmail.com.
