The Ivory Birth Ball

Do not use a sharp object to open the box.

Please allow your Ivory Birth Ball to come to room temperature before inflating, and do not store in an area that may be subject to freezing temperatures (such as your garage). If your ball is exposed to freezing temperatures it could result in irreparable damage.

When inflating for the first time, inflate until the ball is as hard as possible then let it sit for 24 hours. After 24 hours, deflate or inflate with more air depending on your height and comfort level. 

Clean with vinegar & soft cloth if needed.
