Do not use a sharp object to open the box.
Feel free to open and inflate or store in the box at room temperature until you are ready to use! When inflating for the first time, go until the ball is as hard as possible then let sit for 24 hours. After 24 hours, remove or add more air depending on your height + comfort level.
Once the ball arrives, please allow everything to come to room temperature before inflating, and do not store in an area that may be subject to freezing temperatures (such as your garage). If your ball is exposed to freezing temperatures it could result in irreparable damage.
Clean with vinegar & soft cloth if needed.
